In This Moment
Father GOD help us through this dark night
Lead us O LORD by Your Light
Our Path has been strewn with heartache and fear
Help us O LORD to Know YOU are here
Loved Ones are missing in our everyday lives
In this emptiness O LORD we cry
The severity of this hour
Has stolen our power
Has shaken what we thought we knew
In things pertaining to YOU
The promise of tomorrow has us questioning our todays
Since these sorrows have overtaken our ways
YOU, O LORD are Eternal
And to THE WORD we must stand True
For in the midst of our breaking
We seek to find YOU
YOU warned us of things to come
YOU did not leave us unaware
For in this world we would have tribulation
YOU forewarned us to beware
In the hardship of this moment
May we seek YOUR FACE
For the comfort of YOUR VOICE
Is truly our escape
Instruction to lean into
Strategies to prove
Teach us O LORD when to stay and when to move
Everything that can be shaken will be
Off of us what is frivolous, only to remain
Our Relationship and the Power of HIS Name
To each and every person this shaking will attend
Preparing for eternity and our brokenness to mend.
The government and ways of men are sorely being tried
For the evil of their ways, they can no longer hide
Motives and seditions being exposed
Lies and innuendoes for all to see and know
Evidence ingathering and to MY courts will come
Rest My children, for not yet has come the sum
Gross darkness is swelling, but can no longer hide
For many in authority have couched themselves in pride
Do not allow your frustration to take you from prayer
For this is surely your lifeline, and I will meet you there.
